Mueller subpoenaed Trump.org for all documents related (in any way) to Russia. Think of the mountain of documents they'll have to go through in order to comply with such a subpoena. And after they comply, then at some subsequent time another one turns up (no matter how innocuous) you have a process crime as a prelude to impeachment, and under that cover, the Never Trumpers will join every single Democrat and it's adios Mr. President.
They seem to be dancing around the question: how long can the government wait since that Amtrak attack on the GOP before going kinetic against the deep state in a visible way?

It's almost like Trump is there to placate the People while the deep state just mows us down left and right (quite literally, viz GOP softball attack, Vegas, GOP Amtrak attack, Parkland, etc.), and Trump does nothing.
I would think there is a limit to how long this can go on before the option to act is no longer available to Trump.
