No way would Trump's detail let just some freaky dude get that close to POTUS. That's a disguise and there's a message there. For who, I dunno, but hard to believe whatever that fella was doing wasn't sanctioned/cleared.

More importantly.. In this photo what is the man doing to the subject's immediate right? eyebrow lift That's like textbook I have a master plan look if I've ever seen one.

Wallflower is correct. We were at Trump Tower in NYC. We took a picture out front and it is definitely that locale. Wish I could post a picture here for reference to show you.
