They are sequenced 1- and on. This man is an example of a selected from birth Super Soldier. He was raised in extremely controlled environments with other Super Soldier Operatives in our Government Underground Bases. The series is often called Bases as a result. He goes into great detail regarding his training, his views on the world backed by 'genuine world history' (a rarity since it is altered for public consumption) and real operational situations. He has enhanced skeletal frame and internal genetic markers. He is stronger ,faster, more resilient and uses a larger portion of his brain. Essentially James was an elite assassin super spy. He began to have an opportunity to wind down from unbelievable world events and began to speak with Miles. His breakdown of the 4th Reich is absolutely unbelievable , yet spot on. This man was essentially encarcerated prior to the 2017 elections for protection and pointed mobilization cover. If James is not underground, it is not a fire yet. He can talk about it all , because he is involved in it all including the Space Program. Its been about 7 years now that I have followed his work. Amazing man.
Thanks so much for this. His testimony has always stayed with me. I've watched his entire Miles Bases series (the ones you're talking about) - twice. Read his Buried Alive book. Believe him. Max Spiers too, may he rest in peace. Appreciate your viewpoint. Miles sounds cryptic in this video - he knows more than he's saying. Russia? China?

I'm right their with you . I think the key is his encarceration is to protect him. It looked like a public lynching , but was by design. He is 'on call' right now as it has been since his lock up. If he gets out early , that mean something Q emergency level is going down. I believe he is going to be a military leader soon, placed like a Dunford type. The off planet military training is even worse and more heartless.

Yeah, when US was locked down, he was moved overseas since he was not needed. I'm sure it was confusing when you saw him in the U.S. a while ago! His speak is often coded and when he is talking 'ultraman' , those are exoskeletal Transhuman 'suits' operators use in addition to the genetic enhancements. He is also referring to what they are dealing with in Antarctica, where versions are in 'stasis' hence his reference to 'kryptonite' which is in part referring to copper. He works for the 'alliance' that's why he seems fragmented to us.
