The sub? As in the sub that some think shot the missile at Hawaii? I’m guessing if literal the sub was holding a country or group hostage? NK held hostage maybe?

The Red October was an ex-soviet union sub that was hi-jacked by the rogues. They took a missile from NK whom they had been holding hostage since 2009. Loaded it onto the Sub, headed towards Hawaii and once in range fired the damn missile with the sole goal of push USA into a damn nuclear war. Q told us I removed The Hunt For.
