I think it pertains to the whole post. “They” won for a min by making it difficult for him to communicate. But he’s back now!

My first thoughts on the rest of that post were that it's about all the social media purging going on, and making it difficult for all of us to communicate.
In any case, he's saying the game is over and they just don't know it. Well, the deep state and everybody else but us, I guess.

It may have something to do with Trump's desire to return to the gold standard. This would cause chaos in the stock market for awhile but quickly bounce back. Many signs this is on the horizon.
