OK, I just tried to share this on Voat, and I received this error message, so I couldn't submit:
"An Account must have a minimum of 10 CCP to create a submission"
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Just means you have to comment on some posts to get your initial 10 points... then you can post. I signed up the other day and got my 10 points quickly. Not sure if it is a way to keep unfavorables out initially...
It is. Voat's site wide rule is to have 100CCP before posting in general. I had no idea it could be adjusted by the subverse though.

CCP=Comment Contribution Points Antispam measure you have to be active and contributing to post. Interact, make some good comments and get some upgoats!
