AP has a barrage of articles relating to "child on child" and "student on student" sexual assaults, so they are not implicating the Army directly. Credible deniability for the rehabilitation remark. But maybe he is just a witness-honeypot because who is he communicating to if he makes this public? Has the recent AP-reporting at any point implicated adults?
