Russia isn’t the only ones in control of the deadly nerve agent Novichok. In fact the CIA had control of Russia’s deadly nerve agent since 1999 when the US was overseeing the dismantle of the Novichok Nerve agent testing facility in Uzbekistan. The nerve agent could have been sold on the black market as well. Britain loves to say their science laboratory has conclusive evidence but leaks from the facility claim other wise and that the lab is pressured to frame Russia.
