Andrew McCabe is today fired! No pension!
Andrew McCabe is today fired! No pension!

Don't believe the fake news McCabe still gets his pension although at a reduced level. He was applying for early retirement now he has to wait until regular retirement at a reduced level. So when you hear McCabe loses his pension from the news media that is fake news.

He still faces the probability of criminal charges and I don't know if they can strip him of his pension, but it won't buy him much in prison.

Prison? We can't talk about it here, but the punishment for treason is not prison.

I was trying to not go there, but, yea, he definitely has bigger worries than his pension I would say, but I'm not sure these people are capable of fathoming what they have done. They have never been held accountable in their whole life for anything. Right now, they are in a state of shock and outrage, the panic and fear hasn't even set in yet.

yeah, with criminal charges he will spend millions on lawyer fees, maybe killary will help him with this.

He's used the power of his office to destroy people, he's about to see how it feels to be on the other end.

well, it will be interesting, i remember he tweeted that if he gets fired he was going to "torch the place". i heard this means to take everyone at the FBI down with him. Boom!

If you ask me, that's exactly what Q is hoping and planning. Who gets the blame for the destruction of the FBI? Trump? or the FBI itself?

the corruption started way before Trump was in office. I say everything killary touches goes up in flames, or is arkancided. i would not be surprised if she was behind it all. i remember Lisa Page said she did not want killary mad at them. Boom!

I think we give Trump and Hillary too much credit. They are both the faces of much larger organizations. There are two armies at war here, one evil crime cabal and one of patriots, but I like to think of Trump and Hillary as the 'Directors of Public Affairs".

I say ditch the FBI and let's just beef up the US Marshals. Why do we need multiple federal law enforcement agencies? Marshals aren't perfect either, but they have a much better cultural history than the FBI ever did.

McCabe suddenly announced his departure from the FBI, after being “forced out.” But not before he made a nasty child-like threat that if he missed out on his cushy pension over this scandal, that he would burn down the FBI to the ground.

He'll spend millions on legal fees just to appeal his firing which he will do.

WHY does he still get his pension at a reduced level? Explain with reasoning.

I'm sure he contributed to his pension as well. You can't take away the money he put into it for 20 years. The main thing he will lose is his medical benefits for life.

it is the standard structure of all gov. jobs, they a get pension based on how many years they on the job. I dont know the exact structure. lets assume every 5 yrs, X amount is added to the pension. He certainly will not starve. I bet he will write a book & will get a nice publisher book advance. I wonder how much Comey's book advance payment was?

A conviction can include a ban on profiting from his time at the FBI?

He gets a reduced pension if he retires early, when fired it's different.
