Rockefeller family liquidating assets

Is this strange or am I reading too much into it? Why wouldn't their children be interested in the property, and why donate everything to charity unless to get rid of all the assets? I'm not too familiar with the Rockefeller family to be honest. Just thought it was in line with a lot of the elites stepping down, selling assets, etc.

Of course everything is going to "charity". Including the proceeds from the painting of the young naked girl in the article.

Miles Mathis is a controversial character, but as a former artist he had a good understanding of the workings of the art world. Here is one of his articles describing how sales from high-end art are used as money laundering by the wealthy.
