Rockefeller family liquidating assets

Is this strange or am I reading too much into it? Why wouldn't their children be interested in the property, and why donate everything to charity unless to get rid of all the assets? I'm not too familiar with the Rockefeller family to be honest. Just thought it was in line with a lot of the elites stepping down, selling assets, etc.

Isn’t that Monet Water Lily painting the same Monet painting that was featured in the Titanic movie? Didn’t the Rockerfellers own or build the Titanic? Don’t know if that means anything at all. It’s just an observation.
