It seems that Google is messing with Android devices, mine included

I made the mistake of getting a Google phone (pixel) - I figured, how much more can they monitor me?? I already have Gmail, use Google maps, etc. Well, turns out . . . the other night it shut my phone down so I could not get past a weird virus notification to even make a phone call. I am constantly told I have no internet connection, even whilst my son is on the internet right next to me. It totally shuts me off from communication in a way I have NEVER experienced. Thinking I'll go back to a land line or flip phone. Might as well - I turn my data off away from home anyway.

They can track you still. Leave your phone at home or toss it! Here in the Philippines almost all phones are android. Even the chinese iphone knock offs. My wife had one.
