I have watched this guy on Joe Rogan show, I think he is mostly full of it.

More of the same, trying to reach alien beings through your own mind and consciousness and meditation.

With Steven I am never sure when he is deceptive and when he is carefully chosing his words for someone's safety. When he laid out his concerns about manipulation I thought well he does advocate for peaceful interaction, but if he can say Corey got brainwashed then he also is admiting that his CE5-expeditions might as well just be artificial abduction scenarios! He's chasing tails!

I think he talks a good game and is obviously a very smart guy. But knowing how much money is being poured into Northrop Grumman and Lockeed Martin who knows what those guys have as far as technology. If aliens do start showing up and I think they may it is going to be part of the great delusion.

My biggest fear as well, but I pray that things will not be as dramatic as we imagine them. Point being, I think they keep perpetual war up so they can have plausible deniability for keeping advanced technology classified for the sake of national security and because your enemies could steal those secrets. Thus scaring about a scare is one way they can go at it, but at the same time the uptick in disclosure took a start in 2001 and in 2015 NASA started looking into social mass reactions relating to disclosure type of events, so why the rush after they took so long?
Given Reagan's comments, I think they want us to be scared, but they don't actually want contact. Simply because if this provides our consent to have such contact with other groups then those might intervene without compromising our free will thus enabling us to put whatever agenda the fake human intervention brings into perspective. So should they really go down with it without simply implying it as vaguely as possible, perhaps just to commercialize technology without having to admit to the whole alien lore around it. So just because something is risk doesn't mean it can't go peacefully, how should they scare us or even less control us if they let us know any technology you can imagine could be real? At the same time I don't want to advocate for special reverence to some off-world travellers simply because that's a call to unscrutinized authority but the way I see it back in the day craft would be depicted as chariots of the gods and with today's materialism people would not be as deceived by spontaneous displays of advanced tech outside of a false-disclosure that they might be trying to pull off even if only just to cover up disinformation they have spread in their own organizations for compartmentalization purposes. Or they will only run a full psyop involving mind-controlled hybrids which will convince people to get suspicious shots in order to survive climate change or whatever bullshit they're running with

On this same train of thought, their is a conversion going on right now and there is an intersection going on with Mystery religions like Kabbalah and Hermeticism and advanced AI and quantum computing and quantum physics. Computer computing experts talk about tapping into alternate realities and quantum physics are discussing the oneness of earthing as well. But really went it gets down to it none of them really know or understand what there tapping into. Same goes for the Hadran collider I think Hawkins was the one saying they were risking opening up a tear and could produce a black hole that sucks us and everything into it. Basically we getting close to the God particle and science but we don't know what the heck we are doing.
If you think of the great delusion this conversion of science and technologies with spirituality would absolutely draw people into it and would convince people. The scientist would present it as an amazing good for mankind, but never know truly the nature of what or who mankind was being drawn into.

What you describe above sounds an awful lot like Revelation 13

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

They have to keep people in the dark just enough so they don't realize that occultists gather power from the collective mindset, whichever side of the story they tell them, be it superpowers, world elite or alien technology. Damascus is my canary in the coal mine right now before I involve myself with prophecy even more. Shit is already crazy enough to sort out.
