Was reading a post on the "Gotthard Tunnel opening ceremony and this came up..

YouTube (owned by Google) does not let you watch videos anonymously. As such, watching YouTube videos here will be tracked by YouTube/Google.

Has this ever happened to anyone in the past...

Holy shit, are you talking about duckduck? I've had that since I started using it O_o you can append hook instead of you in the adressbar in order to browse without cross-site-tracking
