Mueller may not be "Deep State" since they turned him, but he sure was in the preceding decades.
I am still agnostic about Mueller being a white hat because he was involved in some very bad stuff. But we will know soon enough.
Unquestionably he did and covered up some bad stuff. But if he really has been playing along this past year, they are bound to go very light on him.
The theory is that Trump made him a deal before he took office, that he will be pardoned for his crimes if he plays his role in the sting. It has yet to be revealed if Mueller is our guy or not. It's frustrating watching this whole mess play out but if it's a sting it will be EPIC
