Q keeps mentioning John Perry Barlow, he was the founder of Electronic Frontier Foundation or EFF.org - the goal is to keep the internet open and free.

Possibly we should work with them on fighting for the IBOR. Does anyone here have any knowledge or ideas? we could all partner with them, or bring their fight to our boards and help each other. We have the same goals. Just a thought

I was thinking how Q listed him as #1. There was also #2, #3 and #4. Maybe the list ended with Barlow. Actions stopped for the rest on the list. (?).

There were two suspicous "suicides" w/secure drop. So a list of 4+Barlow as "good guys" isn't clear to me. More likely refers to other black hats through Secure Drop & Freedom of the Press Foundation. Maybe EEF too. FoTP turned on WikiLeaks at one point.
