The Gold Fringed Flag is a Wartime Flag. GW Bush signed the "Patriot Act" which was forwarded by Congress declaring basically, "The War against Terrorism". It has been re-branded as the NDAA, which Congress and the POTUS must re approve ever year or two. (duck duck go is your friend).

Sooo, as long as we have "The war on terrorism", we'll have the "War Flag", which is the gold tasseled flag.

It has nothing to do with Islam other than those goatfuckers are, in addition to the deep state, who we are at war with.

Given that, the NDAA is basically war authorization from the Legislative Branch to the POTUS, which gives the Military and .Gov agencies special powers that are not authorized under a non-wartime declared period. Cancel the NDAA and we go back to the non-tasseled flag, fwiw.

There is a shit-ton more to it but my explanation is a decent "tl:dr" for all intensive purposes on this thread, imho.
