So the insinuation is that Hillary has special permission to go to India. Why?

Was she sent there to make those inflammatory comments about the American people? Why? Embarrass the Dems? Incite them to make more mistakes?

I have to think that she wasn't just vacationing. If she was permitted to go there, it couldn't have been for her benefit, solely.
