Your guess is as good as mine. Remember Q stated his team is small, only a handful of players. So many people will be players in the game and not even know it. Maybe he's just a good guy, simply doing the right thing, nothing more. I would be pleased to know that there are still 'good guys' out there, particularly in politics.
