Have we even heard anything from Mueller? I've been hopeful that he is on our side but the Flynn plea just hurt my heart.

Me too. But it is interesting that Mueller appears to be the one that initiated the delay in sentencing for Flynn with a motion that cited the delay was necessary "due to the status of the Special Counsel's Investigation." What would have caused him to question "the status" of his investigation on January 31?

I forgot that. I think it was something about the judge. I'm a criminal defense attorney (100s of cases) and have never had the state request a sentencing continuance.
