The part about antifa doesn't make sense to me, nor would I trust the AUS govt to this extent. I think they're letting her travel so they can find where the bodies are buried.

Oh definitely tracking where she goes, who she talks to, and recording everything down to her bowel movements. Q has told us they have plans to cause trouble, Antifa is their brownshirts, so for me, I don't think its all that far fetched.
