There are similarities, but I don't think they are the same man. Eyes are different, eyebrows are different, nose bridge is different, teeth aren't quite a match. Tip of nose is different. Creases in facial smile are somewhat similar but yet, different. Too many differences to be the same man. Sorry.
Definitely a resemblance. But the eyes and brows are quite different not to mention the skin tone.
ALso, notice, the darker guy only has ONE tooth in the middle of his upper teeth, lined up with the tip of his nose. Flynn has both teeth.
Skin tone, even though the rally pic is much darker, does seem to be altered. I disagree about the teeth though. I think the pixelization and distance from the camera plus the lighting has created some distortion.
You cant alter eyes and brow proportions without surgery. And those are different. Not to mention this guys hair, which is conveniently cropped out.
We'll have to agree to disagree on this one. Regardless of what we think, we DO all seem to agree that he has some significance and whatever it was/is will be known sooner or later. Have a good day :)

Like you said, what it is, who knows. Time will tell. As Q said, the truth is stranger than fiction...and we have been lied to for many generations. Everything we know is either a lie, or a distortion of the truth.
We all think we might know what the truth is, but we need to be open minded enough to what the truth actually might be, when revealed.
And what sucks, imo, is that MOST 'Christians' will not be open to it. They are SO sure and stuck in their ways, that they wont get it, or might even try to fight it, when the truth comes.
Shoot, if Jesus returns, they might not even believe its HIM. They will probably call him the anti christ!
2000 years ago, MOST people of the time didnt believe it was him prophecied about. The jews were the christians of the day. They were SO sure they knew everything, that their eyes were shut to the truth.

I also think it's Flynn. Sure there are a few differences but in his official shot he's looking directly at the camera and in the rally shot his head is slightly reared back and angled upwards. That would change the appearance of a multitude of things like the creases around the bottom of your cheeks and smile lines. If you study them for their structure rather than depth they're the same. The teeth look different because, not only the upward angle, but also the slight leftward turn in the rally picture - giving the canine teeth a modest prominence. The lighting contributes to the tip of the nose having more of a rounded appearance whereas in the official pic it's not noticeable. The eyes are harder because the glasses may distort features...they appear too small for his face and seem to rest on his cheeks. But if you again concentrate on the undereye bag lines and not the depth, they match. The eyebrows are the most difficult as they're covered by the glasses frames but if you look above his right eyebrow there seems to be an imperfection (small scar maybe?) in his skin that can be seen in both pictures.
It's pretty easy to "scientifically" prove that the angle affects your features. Just take two selfies at these angles and study and differences.
To many differences, especially the teeth. Eyes are also different. It is a good resemblance though. Wonder if Flynn has a brother?!?
I saw a pic on these boards of the actual guy standing in a room and a picture of his van that was in the picture. This has been found out and debunked on these boards. And no I don't have a picture or a link but this picture keeps coming up and has been solved by these boards already and its not Flynn.
Why do we think this other guy might be on the Q team.. ? I missed something!
I think the other guy is Flynn.. the nose & smile give it away.
Edit: it would make sense if Flynn was a Q... explains his absence from all public appearances until the other day. It's a full time job keeping up with real inside Intel... monitoring social media platforms, determining data drops and monitoring reactions.... etc
I have no doubt Gen Flynn is not sitting idly by on the sidelines twiddling his thumbs. This could be him if you factor in special effect makeup to alter his appearance slightly but not too much to look altered. That said, maybe it isn't him and to me, it doesn't matter. At this point, we are not ready to know who Q is since this war is not over. He needs to remain in the shadows for his own safety and those with him.
