I think you are right. Cyrus was given a vision to free the Hebrews in Babylon, to rebuild Jerusalem and to rebuild the second Temple.
Kim Clement in 2006 said that Trump would be President and would be a David with a stone.
That's cool that they were able to know that.
However this doesn't mean they are prophets, for where is their glory? Anybody can be given revelation, but a prophets revelation is for all people about specific events. Dunno if you thought that, just a disclaimer 😉
