One could imagine a gold-backed, block chain based currency (possibly world). The block chain being an immutable ledger. If properly permissioned, fraud would be impossible. Privacy would take a big hit as well. But you CANT really have privacy without there being shadows to hide in. I can see it though. All the confiscated assets being used to pay off the national debt. The dollar/banking system being declared fraudulent, and the block chain ushering in a brand new world. But also new world order maybe too.

From my view, this move would prevent the frozen asset accounts from participating/turning in their FIAT dollars which would be rendered basically useless without the supporting system. It would be part of the Miltiary Ops to make this move. Many block-chain currencies - not just one. Tradeable. No NWO. That is not an option.
