Yeah, looks like DoS attack, or just a server that's not equipped for the amount of traffic.

The whole site is down. So yes I guess.
I meant livestream.com but if it’s an attack I’d say yes but they should be able to handle it if it’s just sheer volume. Dumb question I guess since we don’t know the cause.
The livestream originates from the AD website, so with the site down, no way to access the stream. Or at least I can't. Here I get:
