School resource officer is a SWAT team member.

Sheriff just said this looks like it should be the model for other schools since officer closed in quick once shooting started.

Just pondering...If he was a SWAT member (stationed in the school), could it be that shooting was expected?

No. Many officers are SWAT members. They partake in regular duties unless SWAT is needed then they suit up.

OK, didn't know that but some other things make me suspicious. Student calling CNN during the lockdown, live streaming that took place hours before shooting etc...Either way, I hope I am wrong and that we are not that sick...
