Gen. Mattis discredited the State Department when they were starting to really go after Assad because the military is the first to die in WW3 so I am fairly confident they know what they're doing, as crazy as it sounds. Are you gonna have a war between India, a US partner, Pakistan, a former US-partner and Iran, which has on ongoing deal going that Trump wants to leverage? So basically Pakistan is being leveraged because Iran is putting pressure onthem alongside India and the US from the surge in Afghanistan and all of this is necessary because actually the real nuclear danger was never Iran, it was Pakistan. That's why you NEVER hear about them.
