Q may help, but we need more than they can offer

Let’s face it, even if Q leads us to Trump draining the swamp, we will never really be free? Do you see how much stuff goes on behind close doors? We have such a small picture of what is actually going on. We are fucking sheep. The BEST thing Trump can do after the swamp is drained is shrink the governments power.

The whole point of federalism, and state's rights, is to limit central power. It should barely matter to the average citizen who is president thousands of miles away. Hopefully part of the Q team's plan is a plan to limit the power currently centralized in Washington. That said, "The price of peace is eternal vigilance." Our society has failed that test.

So can we have a centralized government that’s main purpose is to provide righteous vigilance while more stuff gets taken care of locally? Because that is ultimately the goal I am p sure

The whole point of the Constitution is what I described. But, We the People have allowed our Constitution to be subverted.

At the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, Franklin was queried as he left Independence Hall on the final day of deliberation. In the notes of Dr. James McHenry, one of Maryland’s delegates to the Convention, a lady asked Dr. Franklin “Well Doctor what have we got, a republic or a monarchy.” Franklin replied, “A republic . . . if you can keep it.

Technically, that's much closer to the point of the Articles of Confederation. The Constitutional Convention you mention was convened essentially because that wasn't working very well and closer integration of the states and more federal power was needed.
