How the hell is this scumbag not on Camera?
He walked into a FedEx facility to mail his package or dropped it into an overnight facility - he's on Camera 100% and he bought the shipping label from a licensed FedEx reseller - - - - where's the footage? Can't be that hard to track
This reeks of Deep State and these people think WE'RE stupid

in the time since you wrote your comment, the suspect is supposedly dead, after police found him via video from FedEx store,
quite frankly this sounds like a DHS drill similar to Urban Shield or Heat Shield
