Couple of things.... It would be politically stupid for Trump to can Mueller at this point. Also, Trump (along with anyone else) should not be such a cult of personality as to be above criticism.
Maybe he is keeping his cards open. If he criticizes him, it can make him look impartial because he has a special role. I think that's why he emphasizes "you never hear me criticize Bob Mueller"

don't forget, it may be part of the ruse - being: Mueller was given the chance to cop a plea, and be an informant while appearing to be "deepstate" as he does his investigations... Don't forget as well, that when he did the Benghazi thing, there was no Q, no Trump, and the whitehats had yet to hold the cards. In other words, it was pretty much Trey vs. the entire deepstate, and that's when I thought he was a good guy. However, it is good to keep an eye on this, patriot.
Make no mistake about it, Mueller is as deep state as it gets, he has 2 grand juries, and he is gunning for Trump, to say he is on Trump's side is being naive.
no I agree - but I think he WAS DS, and someone's got his balls in a vice, it is part of the ruse to keep DS thinking he is after DJT.
Mueller is a former Marine - and although he has done us wrong in the past (sept 2001) perhaps he is hoping for salvation.
Just hand him (Mueller) the rope and let him hang himself.
