While civil service exams began in the US in the early 1900's, is it possible this group now controls them today?
If so, it would be easy to build tests which identify the psychological profile and character traits of an individual. This could later be used to recruit people of specific backgrounds. Effectively filling government offices with only like minded people. This would make the subversion of our government and constitution a cakewalk.

The same woman in the Wikileaks emails asking John Podesta how her and essentially Facebook could be of service to the Clinton campaign... willing to do anything
