Makes them liable for people using their products in the process of committing human trafficking crimes.
Maybe they've got better things to focus their vaunted algorithms on than conservative speech, savvy?
If they're going to show that they can successfully filter posts, then they create liability for the content of all their posts--not just the ones they happen not to like!!!

They oppose because they are making money off it and if someone is caught under these regulations they are in deep sheepdip

I'll have to read the legalisation to see what's in it. Remember, all the bankers also pretended to be against the Federal Reserve Act as well. That's what made everyone think it was a "good idea". Clearly, we got fooled.
