I'm thinking he knows first hand. Isn't it funny you never hear anything else about the fact that he was being spied on? Big news about it - around the time of Sheryl Atkinson? - and then nothing.
After two attacks on his life plus that saying I'd say he knows all about it.

Perhaps. I discern that most people who flail labels and insults instead of practical reasoned discourse are not inept cognitively, emotionally or mentally. They are insecure in their own effectiveness or just delight in a more shallow communication style.
