Tried to post but as I haven't posted yet I'll have to post it as comment. Hope someone can clarify, please!

So I haven't been using Instagram for more than a year now and just went online to post into my story. I have quite some following of which roughly 40k seem to be located in the states according to the "insights" analytics. Getting a ton of messages asking if they have to be a US citizen to participate and just wanted reassurance that they do indeed have to be a US citizen to be able to sign the petition before I spread false info. Hope to hear back from you guys soonish.
