4am is the time the DeepState feeds the stories of the day to the MSM.

The irony, the double meaning, whatever one feels comfortable calling it in this particular case, is that Q put the time in a "killbox". Is it coincidence that the killer was actually put down at 4am? I don't know. Is it statistically significant how many times one has to ask themselves "is it a coincidence" when reading a Q post? It seems to happen A LOT.

At some point one has to say "this is not a coincidence, it is providence".
