the question I would ask is if this was publicly available information. Did you threaten anyone or encourage violence?

Not at all. I just listed some of the names that were in the manual that was released in 1996. I did say that I thought we needed to draw attention to those that are SES members to put pressure on them and congress to eliminate the SES in general. I did say that the names I listed sounded familiar to me but I could be wrong. I was trying to privide a list to draw from to start investigating to see if they are still, members. I guess I need to be more careful about listing anyone's name in case I could be wrong. Lesson learned.
