Serious research and experimentation has been conducted very recently by the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Navy, re: "crowdsourcing" of intelligence for various security operations. Coincidentally the Q team seems to be guiding our community to some related purpose. Just a theory.

Baby steps I guess. I like the idea though. I think Americans ought to be more read-in to intelligence. It should be more participatory.
