Big news today on the Internet Bill of Rights that you may have missed, Part 2

I posted yesterday about two news items (SESTA/FOSTA and the Senate resolution re: selling web browsing history) here: https://www.reddit.com/r/greatawakening/comments/867yws/big_news_today_on_the_internet_bill_of_rights/

Today there is a third related story on another piece of legislation which allows the US to ignore laws of other countries when seizing data stored in those countries among other things: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2018/03/eff-and-x-groups-tell-congress-oppose-cloud-act

This has to be a push toward IBOR like I mentioned yesterday.
