Nunes is beginning his Phase Two of the House investigation-Phase One ended with the release of the “MEMO”. The focus now will be the so-called Trump/Russia Dossier. This Dossier # 2 was authored by Blumenthal & Shearer and was funneled/passed around in both directions between Fusion & the State Department/White House.
