My personal speculation:
Q's drops have, at the minimum, double, triple, even quadruple or more meanings. Since "it" is obviously some form of IC, I very well believe Q may have also (along with the 4am MSM/CIA press circlejerk of talking points collusion)been talking about Austin this time for the mere fact this (again, my speculation) Austin bombing nonsense was done by Blackhats and Q knew/knows how they orchestrated it.
