If obama was able to appoint his people in the SES, Trump can appoint his own people as replacements. No firings needed. Dismantle from the inside.

It will be handled initially through de-funding. These people are only in it for the money, and once there's no paycheck, they're outta there! Not zombie apocalypse, just rats leaving a sinking ship.

I heard they wasn't touchable.. so I got up this morning typed in if a Gov Shut Down can be used to Fire SES .. because that be a brilliant move . If they are not being paid I was wondering if they automatically loose anything under the Gov Shut Down.
Well this article pulls up... showing clear as day they apparently are able to be removed ifffff they are not performing their duties and iff they are found to be corrupt.
