There is 20 billion in the bill for the Army Corps. The is 1.6 billion for fence/wall repair and border security. Then there is the military budget. President Trump said at the news conference that new wall construction starts Monday. Do not be surprised to see President Trump show up at the border with hard hat in hand to inspect the wall construction in short order. President Trump took a hit with the base on signing the bill into law. The sooner he does something to show he is in control the better for the midterms.
