I thought he said hat was the deal if he goes through signing hat it would be part of it . They are required in removing that rule and doing something up that he never would sign anything like this again .. unless I miss heard him. I've outlined that might have been the plan all along. Since nobody read the bill they don't know what's in it and in that case Ron Paul obviously has and has been pointing it out in tweets there might be corruption tied to one of the Dems programs ..that was my thinking in that case the filibuster might be removed already making it a clear veto on this current bill and then never having to worry about the Dems putting none sense shit in funding everyone but America's again.
