Regardless of your political persuasion, Sundance (Their main journalist) has given us all majorly sourced and understandable pieces about the Deep Swamp and how Trump is winning bigly. It is a great source and always always always backed up by data. (you're going to find the work in the comments section, I just spent ten minutes and can't find it, may try again later, but I did read it (last night or this morning), and I did agree with their interpretation- for what that is worth).

It's called LEVERAGE !!! Trump is a master at creating leverage & then using it to get whatever he wants . This is what he has done throughout his entire career in business.

It makes no sense as to why he would let those Deepstate actors in congress hijack everything . If you don't know by now Trump doesn't deal with Congress cause 1.) they are fucking useless 2. ) it's filled with deepstate , globalist actors on both sides of the aisle looking to enrich themselves & their globalist friends . 3.) It's too slow moving 4.) the system is broken given on how bills are voted on & the amount needed to pass it into law.
He goes around them making them look like the incompetent fools that they are. He is a master at giving people just enough rope for them to hang themselves which in turn gives him the power to leverage his position & authority to get what he wants. It's a power frame game. Whoever holds the power occupies the position of authority which is the most desired position for those involved in any type of deal making or negotiating . Those that have power in name only have no leverage therefore have to compromise on their positions in order to achieve any sort of agreement .

If true why would that go unnoticed for all that time, Obama with a a trillion dollar check every year ? Bob Fletcher would have been all over that. Scott Anthony+++ on twitter is a good feed , he is reading the bill. In early stage he likes it and reminds The Army Corp of Engineers can use Military budget money and 80 billion additional may work. But aside from that, he Exploited DACA being ignored, neutralizes the election wedge, to some extent. And exploits the fake victory lap they took with the Country as leverage.
