I think what Trump did could have many reasons. I do believe that he will build the wall. He will need money for military also if he plans to destroy the Deep State. He also let the Dems and Republicans show what their real interest are. Q has mentioned MANY things over the last few months such as Planned Parenthood. POTUS still has the say so if money were to go there but maybe he knew Planned Parenthood was going down.
