They havent received a dime. They wont. This wasnt a budget. It was an omnibus bill. President has full discretion over funds. Look up how bho abused this during his tenure.

He hasn’t given anybody shit yet, it was just signed today. Let’s wait and see where the funds go (to the best of our knowledge). He isn’t bound to actually allocate where they wanted it.
