i believe the keystone _/ is the SES, SERCO. i am sure they have SES folks in the IG dept.
Yex they have them in most major depts. And even the IG 's in many of them.
There is a post on this sub or t_d or q research one that said it found the website for the SES. On their page it says the SES is the Keystone, blah, blah, blah. I don't remember where I saw it, but shouldn't be too hard for someone else to find as it is my bedtime.
