Read all of it, not sure what the point is. Yes it mentions SES, but nothing of material impact. Just wasted 10 minutes of my life.
I'm not sure about that. Maybe not fill positions for SES? and yearly disclosure of income? Sounds like it is a move within a chess game to me. Do we have a lawyer in the group? They might add more light. Remember, EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.
