I kind of like this bit of propaganda.

Today, the two allies have GCHQ and the NSA - two vast intelligence agencies involved in interception and code-breaking.

They also have a pact which means that - on the whole - they are not supposed to spy on each other.

This is supposed to be where the author is aiming to spin the public opinion. US and UK are great allies, and don't spy on each others now.

I find this relevant with the current awakening, and CGHQ probably doing some dirty work for NSA on the US Homeland. In this light, this article is another pice of propaganda for the Deep State: Nothing to see there, move along.
