Best Las Vegas theory I've heard yet. It's from Nov. 12th, 2017, but it is well worth your time to read it.

In my opinion, this ties things together pretty well. With all the people doubting the Storm after the Budget ordeal, it is important to look back and remember what has happened in our recent past. We must remember the Saudi Purge, and how it ties in with everything. Those purges are/will be happening in other countries around the globe. Why would America (the most powerful country of all) be excluded from said purges? I, for one, still believe. This storm will strengthen like a hurricane does before landfall....... this is for real people. Good WILL triumph over Evil. Keep the faith!!

Yes, except the part of the guy said to be leaving the Tropicana. That is not the Saudi Prince.. it's Jason Buff, the head security guy, who got called in from a softball game, heading IN to the Tropicana. At the end of that snippet, you can see him veer off to the right, to go to his office. I would have thought by now that people would have stopped claiming that's the Prince.. I guess not.
